Function : External partner of FAER, involved in the project 2002-2004
Former manager of FAER, at the project start. Now is no more FAER employee
but it is external partner of FAER for QMP project.
He is engineer in
agriculture, expert and doctor in rural development. He is manager of AGROM-RO,
swiss-romanian association, which is a Forminf Centre in Agriculture, president
of The County Association of Mountain Development Mures and also vicepresident
of Ro-Montana.
