Dr Beata Kupiec-Teahan

Dr Teahan is specialised in marketing and development of speciality food products.

Following the Food Science and Engineering academic career Dr Teahan developed an interest in Business Management and Marketing, and moved to School for Business and Regional Development, University of Wales Bangor where she works as lecturer in marketing. In the numerous research and consultancy projects her work focused on market/consumer research and supply chain management.  Her main interests lie in the fields of marketing communications, consumer studiesand speciality food products.. She has been involved in projects in Food Industry Marketing and Management and is currently researching factors creating competitive advantage at regional and sub-regional levels. She is also a Visiting Fellow at Manchester Business School.

Dr Monika Wszolek

The main interests for Dr Wszolek are dairy technology and Quality Assurance on  Food Processing. She is the member of management of Małopolskie Branch of the Polish Food Technologists Society. She has big experience of the milk processing and related operations and experience in implementation of HACCP system in many food processing enterprises.  She has been involved in  4 FAPA projects related with Quality Assurance Systems  and Project “Oscypek” leaded by French organization GRET (The Research and Technical Exchange Group).

Dr Jacek Domagala

The main interests for Dr Domagala are dairy technology, designing food processing plant in compliance with Good  Manufacturing Practice and Good Hygienic Practises. He interests especially on mountain products.
